(COSTA MESA, CA) September 3, 2019 – Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, the family-run upscale casual dining restaurant known for its seasonally inspired, handcrafted American food and drink, today announces plans to hire 200 people for its new restaurant in Colorado Springs, CO. Located in the Chapel Hills East retail center at 7605 Academy Boulevard North, Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is slated to open in October.
