DIY Gingerbread House Kits that Benefit Habitat for Humanity Make Their Return, Alongside New Family-Sized Thanksgiving Sides, Gift Card Promotions and Group Dining Menus

November 6, 2024 – Lazy Dog Restaurants, a casual dining restaurant known for its handcrafted American food and drinks, announces the return of its DIY Gingerbread House Kits for the sixth year, with 100% of net proceeds benefiting Habitat for Humanity International.* Along with the kits, Lazy Dog is introducing new holiday offerings, including family-size Thanksgiving sides and gift card promotions, designed to make holiday meals and gifting more convenient.

Lazy Dog Restaurants’ Gingerbread House Kits allow guests to get creative while giving back, with 100% of net proceeds from the kits benefiting Habitat for Humanity. The kit comes complete with pre-cut edible gingerbread walls and roof pieces, icing to keep it all together, and a variety of candy for endless decorating possibilities.

The Gingerbread House Kits are available from November 6 to December 31 for $7.50 and can be found at all Lazy Dog locations for takeout and delivery, or for building at the table while dining in, while supplies last. Guests who are not near a Lazy Dog Restaurant location can also purchase the kits on the Lazy Dog website in bundles of four for $30, plus shipping.

Holiday Offerings

To help guests make the most of the holiday season, Lazy Dog Restaurants is offering promotions that reduce time spent in the kitchen, help guests focus on spending time with family, and simplify holiday preparations.

• Everything But the Turkey: For just $39.95, guests can take home four made-in-house family-style sides, serving up to six people. It includes Creamy Mac + Cheese, Red-Skinned Mashed Potatoes, Parmesan-Herb Sweet Corn Stuffing and Balsamic-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts, plus Housemade Garlic Thyme Gravy. It comes complete with easy instructions for heating at home. Guests can preorder from November 6 to November 21 for pickup on November 26 or November 27, just in time for Thanksgiving. This will also be offered for the Christmas holidays. Preorder from December 9 to December 21 for pickup on December 22, 23, or 24.
