Lazy Dog Restaurants Launches Handcrafted Catering for All Occasions
(COSTA MESA, Calif.) June 16, 2025 – Lazy Dog Restaurants today announced the launch of Lazy Dog Catering, a new offering that brings the brand’s handcrafted menu to group gatherings of all kinds. The catering program features convenient, flavorful options with each package designed to serve 10 people. Packages can be ordered in multiples to accommodate gatherings of any size and start at under $14 per person.

Sandwich + Salad Bundle
Includes a variety of handcrafted sandwiches and a choice of one fresh salad:
Sandwiches:
• Roasted Chicken Club – In-house roasted chicken breast, smoked bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and mayo on toasted sourdough.
• Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich – Golden raisins, red onion, tomato, celery, field greens and curry mayo on multigrain wheat bread.
• Ham and Cheddar Sandwich – Shaved ham, cheddar, pickled red onions, mixed greens, Liquid Blanket® IPA mustard and mayo on multigrain wheat bread.
Salads:
• Tex-Mex Salad – Chicken breast, black beans, jack + cheddar cheese, corn, avocado, tomatoes, BBQ sauce, tortilla strips and chipotle ranch.
• Thai Chicken Salad – Chicken breast, napa cabbage, mint, cilantro, carrots, red bell peppers, cucumbers and spicy peanut vinaigrette.
• Cobb Salad – Chicken breast, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese crumbles, smoked bacon, egg and blue cheese balsamic dressing.
Add-on sandwiches and salads are available à la carte.

• Mediterranean Chicken – Chopped grilled lemon chicken breast, yellow rice, hummus, tomato-cucumber-feta salad with kalamata olives, lettuce, tzatziki sauce and lavash crisps.
• Blackened Chicken – Chopped blackened chicken, Spanish rice, lettuce, guacamole, black beans, hatch chiles, jack + cheddar cheese, salsa, cilantro, Tapatío crema and tortilla chips.
Beverages by the gallon can be ordered separately and include either huckleberry, strawberry or pink handcrafted lemonades, as well as Coca-Cola products and assorted iced teas.
For dessert, Butter Cake and Brownie Bites are available à la carte, made to serve 10, and are served with strawberry compote and chocolate sauce.
Guests can now place catering orders by calling their local Lazy Dog or by ordering for pickup or delivery through ezCater.
