Is Lazy Dog family-friendly?

Yes! We are a welcoming destination for the entire family. We offer a dedicated kids' menu and a variety of options that everyone will enjoy.

 

Are dogs allowed at your restaurants?

It wouldn’t be Lazy Dog Restaurants without our furry guests! Dogs are welcome on our outdoor patios. Service animals are permitted throughout the restaurant. We provide a complimentary bowl of water and offer a dog-friendly menu featuring grilled chicken or hamburger patties. You can review our dog menu and patio rules.

Do you have a full bar?

Yes, our bar features a wide selection of handcrafted cocktails, local craft beers on draft (including our very own House Beers), and a variety of wines and spirits.

 

How do you handle birthdays and special occasions?

We love to celebrate! For birthdays, we offer a complimentary scoop of ice cream with sprinkles and a candle. For other special events, please speak with your server or contact the restaurant.

Do you take reservations?

Reservations are welcome and can be made by calling your local restaurant or booking online. Availability for larger party reservations may vary and may be booked online or by contacting the restaurant directly.

 

How can I manage my reservation?

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link to easily adjust or cancel your reservation.

 

Do you accommodate large parties?

We are happy to host large groups for special occasions. Please contact your local Lazy Dog.

 

Do you offer event dining?

We currently offer event dining at the following locations: Addison, Alpharetta, Colorado Springs, Henderson, Highlands Ranch, Los Angeles (LA Live), Westminster (The Orchard Town Center), Oak Brook, Dunwoody, San Mateo, Aurora, Las Vegas (Downtown Summerlin), and Las Vegas (Town Square).

Do you offer takeout, delivery, or catering?

Yes! We offer pickup, delivery, and catering services. You can place a regular takeout and delivery order by phone or order online. Delivery is available through our third-party partners: DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. For catering orders, you can place by phone or order catering online.


I have an issue with my takeout order placed through the Lazy Dog website or via phone. Who can I contact?

Please contact the restaurant or submit feedback through our contact page.


I have an issue with my third-party delivery order. Who do I contact?

If you placed an order via the DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub website, please contact their customer service.

Do you offer happy hour?

What are Lazy Dog TV Dinners?

Our TV Dinners are made in-house, frozen in retro-style trays, and ready to pop in your oven at home. Prices start at $11, and we offer a "Buy 5, Get 1 Free" bundle. Explore our current TV Dinner offerings.

 

Do you have options for specific dietary needs (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Vegetarian)?

While we are not a strictly gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian kitchen, we offer several dishes that can be modified to meet your needs. Please note that cross-contact may occur during preparation. What types of Gift Cards do you offer?

We provide physical, digital (e-gift), and corporate Gift Cards. Purchase Gift Cards online. You can also buy Gift Cards in-restaurant or at select retailers like Target and Costco, excluding corporate Gift Cards.


Do your Gift Cards expire?

No, Lazy Dog Gift Cards never expire and are valid at any of our locations.


How can I check my Gift Card balance?

Check your remaining Gift Card balance.


Do you offer corporate Gift Card programs?

Yes! We offer specialized options for corporate gifting. Place a corporate Gift Card order.


I lost my Gift Card. Can it be replaced? 

Unfortunately, Gift Cards carry cash value and cannot be replaced if lost. We recommend keeping them in a safe place.


Where can I use my Lazy Dog Gift Card? 

Gift Cards are redeemable for food and beverage in-restaurant or online at lazydogrestaurants.com. Please note that Gift Cards cannot be used on third-party delivery platforms.


I am having an issue with my Gift Card. Who can I contact?
