Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar and Jolene’s Wings & Beer Launch New Menu Offerings

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, a casual dining restaurant known for its handcrafted American food and drink, and its virtual concept, Jolene’s Wings & Beer, today announces a lineup of new menu items scheduled to launch May 18, 2022.

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar’s dedication to authentic, housemade fare is showcased on every plate and served with warm, caring service in a rustic social setting. The newest menu items will be featured on all Lazy Dog Restaurant menus including its happy hour and late-night menus.

Street Corn Fries: Crispy french fries topped with melted mozzarella, tajín-lime sauce, charred sweet corn, tomatoes, queso blanco and fresh cilantro. Also available on the Jolene’s Wings & Beer menu.

Orange Tang Margarita: Lunazul Tequila, Orange Tang, triple sec, housemade sweet + sour, and fresh orange.

Coffee Martini: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Kahlúa, crème de cacao and coffee, shaken and poured into a martini glass.

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar’s menu focuses on elevated dishes that highlight carefully selected ingredients, as well as handcrafted cocktails and select beers from local breweries. Each restaurant welcomes guests into a warm atmosphere that celebrates the majestic scenery and artisan authenticity of the Rocky Mountains. With a large fireplace, wood accents and cozy seating options, the décor is the perfect backdrop for enjoying the restaurant’s made-from-scratch meals while spending time with family and friends. Brunch is also offered on the weekends, plus daily happy hour and late-night offerings. Delivery and curbside pickup are also available.

Jolene’s Wings & Beer

Jolene’s Wings & Beer serves bone-in and boneless wings available in chef-crafted flavors. The newest addition features:

Spacedust Wings: Tossed in a tongue-tingling combination of orange, Szechuan peppercorn and chile spices, these dry-rubbed wings are a medium heat level packed with out-of-this-world flavor. Available for a limited time for takeout and delivery through Jolene’s, as well as on Lazy Dog Restaurant happy hour and late-night menus.

Wings are accompanied by a choice of nine housemade dipping sauces, one of which comes with each order, including: honey mustard, blue cheese, buffalo, umami, spicy maple, BBQ, Nashville hot ranch, ranch and marinara. Shareable sides such as coleslaw, celery + carrots, loaded potato hush puppies, pickled cucumber salad, fries, Cajun fries, umami fries, sweet potato tots with jalapeño aioli and onion rings with Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar’s classic bark + bite sauce are available. Cold beer is a perfect partner to wings. Jolene’s offers four-packs of 16-ounce cans of Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar’s craft beers** (brewed by Melvin Brewing) for just $15 each.
