Lazy Dog Restaurants Celebrates the Season with Fresh and Flavorful New Menu Additions

(COSTA MESA, Calif.) November 8 2023 – Lazy Dog Restaurants, the casual dining restaurant serving a seasonally inspired menu of handmade artisanal food and drink with small mountain town hospitality, today debuts new, can’t-miss menu items. From savory small plates and new Roadtrip™ Bowls to seasonal cocktails, entrées and sweet desserts, Lazy Dog is providing guests with more choices for brunch, lunch and dinner.

The new lineup includes:

Bacon Cheddar Biscuits served with house honey butter. Also available on the happy hour and late-night happy hour menus.

Pretzel-Crusted Chicken Schnitzel featuring crispy hand-breaded pretzel-crusted chicken breasts served with apple cider slaw, warm bacon potato salad and dijonnaise on the side.

Pumpkin Cheesecake made from scratch with a graham cracker crust, served with chocolate sauce, salted caramel, whipped cream and toasted pumpkin seeds.

S'more Brownie Sundae served with a housemade chocolate chip brownie with graham cracker crust, chocolate sauce, toasted marshmallow and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

Mountain Berry Pancakes containing a stack of warm buttermilk pancakes, topped with housemade berry medley compote, served with maple syrup and whipped butter.

Cuban Sandwich containing layers of shaved hickory-smoked Beeler’s ham, slow-cooked pork shoulder, swiss cheese, pickles and Liquid Blanket® IPA mustard melted between sliced sourdough.

Kid’s Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich served on milk bread.

Shrimp Yakisoba Noodles Roadtrip™ Bowl providing wok-fired caramelized shrimp, yakisoba noodles, bean sprouts and shredded cabbage, tossed in sweet garlicky ginger sauce topped with carrot, bell peppers and herb slaw.

Beverages

Blood Orange Margarita with Lunazul Tequila, blood orange juice, triple sec, housemade agave sweet + sour, and a house salt rim. Also available on the happy hour and late-night happy hour menus.

Citrus Lime Drop featuring Hanson of Sonoma Organic Vodka, Cointreau, yuzu and citrus foam, as well as housemade agave sweet + sour.

Spiced Apple Smash with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Perricone Farms Apple Cider and green apples, served over ice.

Mocha Martini combining Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur, crème de cacao, chilled coffee and aquafaba, topped with cinnamon churro dust. Also available on the happy hour and late-night happy hour menus.

In addition, Lazy Dog’s Friends + Family Meals will now have brownie bites added as an option to its meals. Providing choices like Grilled Lemon Chicken, BBQ Bison Meatloaf, Teriyaki Tofu and more, the meals serve 4-5 people and start at only $5 per person.

Lazy Dog’s menu focuses on elevated dishes that highlight carefully selected ingredients, as well as handcrafted cocktails and select beers from local breweries.
