Lazy Dog Restaurants Welcomes Spring with New Menu, Shareable Dining Experiences and Seasonal Promotions
(COSTA MESA, Calif.) April 2, 2025 – Lazy Dog Restaurants is rolling out new seasonal offerings this spring. Beginning April 2, guests can enjoy a fresh lineup of crave-worthy dishes alongside the recent launch of the Sip + Share program, which pairs handcrafted small plates with specially selected wines or sangria. Special offerings for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day will also be available, giving guests more ways to celebrate the season.
Spring Menu
The new spring menu is available at Lazy Dog Restaurants nationwide starting April 2. The newest menu items include:
Small Plates
• Cauliflower Ceviche – citrus-marinated cauliflower, bell peppers, red onions, jalapeños and cilantro, served with housemade tortilla chips + guacamole
• Spring Pea Hummus – made with peas, spinach, garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, lemon and white pepper, served with fresh radish, celery, carrots + garlic parmesan crisps (also available on the happy hour and late-night happy hour menus)
Favorites
• Spinach Enchilada Casserole – layers of housemade vegetarian mushroom, brown rice + walnut chorizo, baby spinach, corn tortillas + queso blanco served with cilantro black beans, roasted corn + bell peppers, creamy poblano sauce and spicy crema Burgers
• Cowboy Ribeye Burger – grilled half-pound beef patty topped with shaved ribeye steak, Whoa, Nellie Mexican-Style Lager cheese sauce, melted mozzarella + creamy horseradish sauce Bowls
• Loco Moco Fried Rice – wok-fired rice tossed with shaved hickory-smoked ham, seasoned ground beef, ginger, garlic, cabbage, peas, carrots, soy sauce + garlic chili crisp, topped with furikake, green onions and a sunny-side up egg, served with a side of housemade teriyaki gravy (also available on the brunch menu) Salads
• Summer Market Salad – field greens tossed with sliced almonds, charred sweet white corn, roasted zucchini, green beans, carrots + red onions, pickled cauliflower, and dijon vinaigrette served with housemade spring pea hummus + garlic parmesan crisps (option to add lemon chicken or grilled salmon)
Kid’s Menu
• Cheesy Pizza Sticks – made with lots of mozzarella and served with housemade marinara sauce for dipping
TV Dinner
• Spinach Enchilada Casserole – layers of housemade vegetarian mushroom, brown rice + walnut chorizo, baby spinach, corn tortillas + queso blanco served with roasted corn + bell peppers, creamy poblano sauce and spicy crema served with spanish rice and cinnamon churro butter cake
Cocktails
• Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita – Lunazul Tequila, jalapeño cucumber sweet + sour, Midori, tamarind candy straw
• Elderflower Lemonade Spritz – Aviation American Gin, housemade butterfly pea tea lemonade, St-Germain Elderflower + orange liqueurs, soda
• Cowboy Colada – a milk-clarified tiki classic with Myers’s Platinum White Rum, Sailor Jerry Rum, Malibu Rum, sweet + sour, pineapple juice, coconut water, popping rocks candy garnish
• Limoncello Basil Spritz – Caravello Limoncello, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Freixenet sparkling wine, fresh basil, soda
• Watermelon Margarita – Lunazul Tequila, fresh watermelon, triple sec, Tajín Chamoy rim (also available on the happy hour and late-night happy hour menus and as a shareable pitcher on the happy hour menu and brunch menu)
Sip + Share
Guests can now take advantage of the Sip + Share program, available Monday through Thursday all day long. For just $30, guests can enjoy three small plates and two 6 oz. glasses of wine or sangria. An upgrade to a bottle of wine or a pitcher of sangria is available for just $5 more. Wine selections include Backhouse Chardonnay, Dark Horse Cabernet and Tinto Rey Rosé. Small plate options feature guest favorites, including Brussels Sprouts, Street Corn Potato Tots, Cheese Curds, Bacon Candy, Buffalo Chicken Nuggets and more.
Mother’s + Father’s Day at Lazy Dog
Lazy Dog is also celebrating Mother’s Day and Father’s Day with special offerings to make these occasions even more memorable. From April 21 – June 30, guests who buy $50 in gift cards will receive a $10 promo card to use later. Large party reservations are available for parties of seven or more.
Lazy Dog’s menu focuses on elevated dishes that highlight carefully selected ingredients, as well as handcrafted cocktails and select beers from local breweries.
